SHANNON LYNCH, BROKER
About Me
When I am not helping clients find their perfect home, or piece of land, I can usually be found at the Whitewater Center with my dog, sipping a latte at Central Coffee in Elizabeth or dropping in for a yoga class in Plaza Midwood or Dilworth. I truly enjoy becoming a part of the neighborhoods I love, and love to discover new restaurants, galleries, or ambling through the little storefronts that make each neighborhood unique.

YOUR HOME WORTH
Thinking of Selling?
Before you take that important step, let me show you exactly what your home is worth.
As a neighborhood expert, I determine the value of Charlotte-area homes daily. Remember, market conditions can differ — even home values in one Charlotte neighborhood to the next can vary. We know how to take all these factors into account when determining the true market value of your home.
This service is completely free and without obligation. There are absolutely no strings attached. Why? I want the chance to show you our expertise as a top Charlotte real estate agent.
